Hold down the Shift key and click Restart directly from the Shut Down or Log Out list. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Methods > Start Options > Restart. After restarting the PC, a list of options will appear. Select 4 or F4 or Fn+F4 (follow the instructions on the screen) to start the computer in safe mode.
Boot your PC into Windows 11 Safe Mode by simply changing the system configuration. Press Win + R to open the run window, create msconfig and click OK.
In the system setup interface, go to the “Boot” tab and check the “Use Secure Boot” box.
Click OK > Restart. Windows 11 will then enter Safe Mode every time you restart your computer.
