Boot into Safe Mode with the Windows 11 login screen. Windows or 10. Restart your desktop PC. At the login screen, hold down the Shift key and then simply click Power > Restart. After your PC restarts, select Troubleshoot Screen > Advanced Options > Startup Options > Restart to select an option.
The Advanced Options boot movie lets you start Windows in revolutionary troubleshooting modes. You can access the main menu by turning on your electronic devices and pressing the F8 key before starting Windows.
Reboot your computer and press the F8 key on your keyboard a few times during the boot process and you will see the Advanced Boot Options menu where you can select Safe Mode, Safe Mode for Networking, or Failsafe Mode with Easy Management.
Use Shift + Reload
Hold down the Shift key and click Restart directly from the Shut Down or Log Out list. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Methods > Start Options > Restart. After restarting the PC, a list of options will appear. Select 4 or F4 or Fn+F4 (follow the instructions on the screen) to start the computer in safe mode.
Boot your PC into Windows 11 Safe Mode by simply changing the system configuration. Press Win + R to open the run window, create msconfig and click OK.
In the system setup interface, go to the “Boot” tab and check the “Use Secure Boot” box.
Click OK > Restart. Windows 11 will then enter Safe Mode every time you restart your computer.
