If your printer status is showing a “Printer by Status” error, the issue might be with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your computer via Wi-Fi or a cable. Check for ink or paper, and generally check that the cover is not open or paper is jammed.
Turn off and restart the printer.
