To view Group Policy on your computer.
In the Local Group Policy Editor, successfully navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Error Reporting.
In the right pane of the screen, under Settings, look for the Disable Error Reporting option and double-click it.
Find the registry editor application below: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting
Usually, on the right side of the window, find the registry in the dialog key.
Click on the “disabled” option to allow this special dialog box to appear.
If there is no value now, then create a real new one with the same manufacturer, Disabled.
