Try this: Make sure the OneDrive process is running. Look for this OneDrive icon on the right side of the menu bar.

If the OneDrive menu icon/taskbar says Pending Sync, you may need to clear the Office Document Cache. If you can’t see the file causing the pending state, the image causing the sync error might be a well-hidden file. Advice.
