The easiest and fastest way to solve this dilemma is to press the “Ctrl + + Alternate Del” keys at the same time to bring up the task manager.
Once here, select the manager task > check and select programs that are consuming a lot of memory and CPU space > click End Task to view selected programs or applications only.
