Click the Certificate Error button to open the information window. Click View Certificates, and then click Install Certificate. On the warning message that appears, click Yes to install the certificate.
Click on Tools.
Click Internet Options, then the Advanced tab.
Go to the Security tab and deselect both the Check for publishers certificate revocation and Check for server certificate revocation options.
Click OK and then click Apply.
You should restart your computer for the changes to take effect fully.
Reload the website you were attempting to visit.
