Step 1: Open command prompt as an administrator. Click the start button and click on all programs, then click on accessories, right click on command prompt and click Run as administrator.
Step 2: Open task manager and log off the other user.
Step 3: Confirm logoff.
1. Open Task Manager.

3. Click on Show processes from all users.
4. Click on Continue in the UAC prompt.
5. Click on the Users tab.
6. Click on a user that you want to log off to select it.
7. Click on the Logoff button.
8. Click on Log off user to confirm.
