This is a free upgrade to its predecessor, Windows Ten (2015), available for all Windows Ten devices that meet the system requirements to replace Windows 11.
Users can register Windows 11 just like any new version of Windows. Just go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click on Check for Updates. You will see the Windows 11 update feature.
The free upgrade offer does not have a specific end date for eligible systems. However, Microsoft reserves the right to discontinue support for the entire Free Tier. This end date does not really predate Octo. Can I continue to use Windows 10? Yes. You don’t have the option to upgrade Windows to 11.
Windows 11 is finally available to download directly from Microsoft’s website as an ISO file, with every near-final version installable through the Windows Insider program. Both methods are completely free and shouldn’t take more than a few minutes.

Go to the Microsoft website for the Windows Setup Wizard.
Read this special “Before You Begin” section and then click “Download Now”.
Open the appropriate .exe file
Select “Yes” when asked if the client wants to allow the app to make changes to your device.
Read some agreements, then click “Accept and/or install”.
