A concave mirror is called a converging mirror because the radiation incident on our mirror parallel to the light converges at a point called the focus. A convex mirror is classified as diffusing because light rays fall on it and diverge after being reflected.
The virtual image is negative straight up (vertically). In plane or planar mirrors, the image is much larger than the image and is as far behind the mirror as the object in front of the match. The image is also the same size as the object. These styles are also parity-inverted, which means they are left-right inverted.
Physical Sciences A concave mirror can be called a converging mirror because this object causes the collision of a light beam to converge parallel to the mirror at a point called the focus. A convex mirror is simply called a diffusing mirror because the device diverges the beam entering the market parallel to the mirror, which appears to meet at a level called the focus.
A concave mirror struck by a sunbeam and the after-reflection converge at the focus of the object (F) on the axis of the head. So focal length = f = length -10 cm. (by sign convention). U=-20cm.
