In Internet Explorer, in the menu bar, selectTools. > Internet options > Privacy > Advanced.
Select Accept or Prompt under First-party Cookies, and Accept or Prompt under Third-party Cookies.
Select OK.
Launch Internet Explorer 11 and click on the gear icon on top right corner.
Then select Internet options from the drop down list.
Click on Privacy tab in the new window.
Under Settings, Set the slider to “Medium Low”.
Then click on Sites and enter the URL of the website for which you wish to enable cookies.

From the View menu, select Internet under Options.

How to activate: “Always accept cookies”.
Click OK.
To disable and enable cookies, open the target browser’s explorer.
Click Tools in the top right corner.
Select Internet Options.
On the “Privacy” tab in these settings, click the “Advanced” button.
Select the “Block own and third party cookies” option to disable Saltines, or select the “Accept” option to enable cookies permanently.
