Click Time & Language. Click the Date, Time & Blog site on the right. Frequently click the “Sync Now” button in the “Advanced Settings” section.
Click “Control Panel”, then select “Language”, “Clock” and “Region”. In the “Regional language” section, click “Marriage”, change the time or number format.
Click “Start” or the “Search” icon on the taskbar.

Select your current new time zone from the list, then click OK to apply the improvements.
Open the control panel.
Click the Clock, language and region link.
Click the Date, Time Offset, or Number Formats link.
On the Custom Sizes tab, click the More Options button.
Go to the “Time” tab. Time.
