Windows offers several PrtScn options: To take a screenshot of your laptop, press PrtScn. This copies the entire screen to the clipboard.

Use Windows key + PrtScn to take the actual entry and save it to a better file. Try Alt + prtscn to take a screenshot of the item’s window. Or try Windows + Shift + S to run the Snipping Tool frequently for screenshots. If not all print screens work, another workaround is the Xbox Game Bar.
