Start Internet Explorer.
Click Tools, Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab, then scroll down to the Browsing section.
Check the boxes next to Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other).

4. Check the boxes next to Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other).
5. Clear the checkbox next to Display a notification about every script error.
6. Click OK, then reboot. Those startup script errors should pester you no more.
Launch Internet Explorer. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. If you don’t see the Tools menu, press the Alt key to display the menu. On the “Advanced” tab, check “Show notifications for almost all error scenarios”, then purchase “OK”.
