Open VirtualBox and shut down every VM running

failed to unlock /dev/vboxnetctl: This is not a real file or directory. I never considered the article as a mistake. I have tartan when /dev/vboxnetctl exists but it still doesn’t. Obviously the main “vboxnetctl” file was supposed to be the part most commonly associated with the VirtualBox software, but it didn’t exist either.
