1. Go to Start and in the search type “Turn Windows features On or Off”.
2. Click on “Turn Windows features On or Off”.
Click the Start button, enter and repair the program.
Select Create a Restore Point, then select System Restore from the System Properties panel.
Follow the prompts to select the point just before the series of updates that seemed to be causing the issue.
Open Windows Media Player, select the Library tab. In the left pane, under the Playlists menu, click Create Playlist. Note. If your option is available, do not click the plus sign (+) multiple times. Add individual songs from albums by dragging and dropping songs into the created playlist.
Open Windows Media Player.
In the panel, click Organize, then select Manage Libraries.
Select Add.
Navigate to the file or location where you saved your saved download.
Click “Include Folders” and confirm.
