Access the Control Panel. In the Windows search bar, type in “ncpa.

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Manually enter IP address and subnet mask.
Save Settings.
Revert Back to DHCP.

Now specifically “Use the following IP address”, enter the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server and click “OK”.
