Make sure the Cisco VPN Client you run is at least at 5.0.0.7.
Download the PNE software and install it before installing the VPN client. Go to Cisco DNE Support page , and at mid-way through the page under
Install Cisco VPN Client again. Once the DNE is installed, you should have no problem installing Cisco VPN Client on your Windows 10 computer

Go to “Network Connections” and keep selecting VPN.
Choose your VPN connection
Click on more options
Click Edit
Check server address
Click Save
Open the Settings app.
Click Internet network and -> VPN.
On the right, click Add VPN Connection.
The new next selection page will display the current provider in the dropdown list of VPN providers.
Now fill in the Legal Connection Name field.
Enter a value in the Server company name field or, if applicable, the address of your entire ISP.
Specify the VPN value key in (protocol).
