Error 1033 Insufficient Priveliges when installing a program or deleting a directory I am running the 64 bit version of Windows 7. I went to install an upgrade to a program today and the installer died with a 1033 error saying I lacked administrative privileges. I am logged on as a user that is a member of the Administrator group.
