Edit: Problem solved. All I had to do was change the keyboard car owner from ELAN to device manager in standard PS/2 and expand the UpperFilter value in the registry to kbdclass., not because of the kbdclass ETD. Select Keyboards and right-click the ELAN Keyboard Filter device, then click Driver Updates.
