Tried several times, clean install (as suggested by Dymo support), but no luck. It’s sad to see a company as big as Dymo hasn’t come up with a working cyclist/windows 10 software yet! So now all I can do is wait but hope for the best or throw away our 2 brand specific dymos – and I literally don’t want to do that 🙁
