On the client device, open the Control Panel.
Uninstall the current version of Citrix Receiver:
Download the old version of Citrix Receiver.
Close all web browsers.
Install the default Citrix Receiver (for example, 4.6)
Launch Citrix Storefront, let alone test it.
Close the Citrix Workspace app for Chrome./Citrix Receiver for Chrome.
Open the Chrome browser on your family’s Chromebook.
Visit your site.
It will show some errors as shown below.
SSL Error 4: An attempt was made to connect using protocols (TLS V1.0 | SSL V3.0). The server terminates the connection. This can happen if the new Citrix session did not complete successfully.
Make sure you have the latest version associated with Workspace. Verify that the Primary Claims Processing Center (STA) on the relevant storefront and Citrix Gateway are nearly the same, and that the order between the STAs is the same. Make sure the certificates don’t have trust issues. Just make sure the chain certificate is literally full.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to establish a connection with the systems because the receiver has disconnected with the following error message. SSL Error 61: You did not choose to trust “Go Daddy G2 Root CA” – the issuer of the server’s security certificate path. What does this tell us?
1. To migrate to Citrix Workspace using Go Desktop, go to https://www.citrix.co.in/downloads/workspace-app. Download and install the app for your system. 2. Once installed, Citrix Workspace should automatically replace the existing Citrix Receiver.
