ExplorerPatcher, a genuine third-party tool that aims to bring legacy Windows 10 style features to the Windows 11 taskbar by simply adding DLL files through 3 specific Windows directories. Since the old code is currently still Windows 11, installing a specific DLL file will activate a Windows 10-like taskbar.

What worries me about a specific Windows 11 taskbar is that it’s not possible to set “Use small taskbar icons”. I never realized how much I liked it until I upgraded to 11. I ended up using some kind of mod called ExplorerPatcher that pushed back the Windows 10 taskbar.
