Solution 4 – Use the built-in audio troubleshooter
Start looking when you are looking at Device Manager. Select sound, web game video and controller. Right-click the Conexant audio driver and select Properties. On the Update Drivers tab, select Drivers.
Scroll down the Services menu list to find the Conexant Audio Messaging Service. If the box is checked, click to disable the service. Click Apply.
On Windows, look for Device Manager, which is also open. Navigate to the current Conexant High Definition SmartAudio driver, right-click it, and select Uninstall phone. If prompted to uninstall the driver software, select the Delete the driver software for this device check box, then click Uninstall.
If each troubleshooter appears, follow the instructions on the screen. Troubleshoot audio form in Windows 10 search box.
Select “Find and fix problems playing sound clips”.
When the troubleshooter appears, click the on-screen tips.
Update the audio driver for computer devices. You can press Windows + X and select Device Manager to open Device Manager in Windows 10.
You can then expand the Sound, Video, then Game Controllers category and find your awesome audio device.
Right-click your device’s sound to select “Update Driver” to update all audio drivers on your device.

To open the sound control panel, press Win+R, type “Control” and click “OK”. Then go to Hardware and Sound > Sound. You can usually change the view by displaying large icons and clicking “Sound”.
