Click Update & Security.

Click on the “Reinstall Locally” option.
A clean install attached to Windows 10 can clean up your computer, free up disk space, improve performance, and fix speed issues. It also helps to remove viruses, trojans, malware, system provided malware and fix system errors like blue screen errors.
Remember that a clean install will remove anything that has Windows installed on it. When we say everything, we mean everything. You must back up everything you want to back up before you start this process! You can use your files online before and also use the offline backup tool.
Windows 10 has a built-in tool that most can use to clean up your PC and restore it to its factory state. Select Start > Settings > Security & Updates > Recovery. Then select “Start” under “Safely Restart Your Computer”. You can choose to keep your personal information or maybe delete files depending on your amazing real needs.
On the Install Windows page, enter your language and other requirements, then click Next.
Select Install Windows.
On the Enter a product key that activates Windows page, enter the desired product.
This is an important process: First, use the 3-step media creation tool to download the latest build files from the Windows 10 download page and create a bootable USB drive.
Then look for a combination of keystrokes and/or spells to boot directly from that disk into the Windows Installer.
Finally, restore Windows 10.
