Type Control Panel in the search box from desktop and select Control Panel.
Click on View all in the left pane and click on Programs and Features.
Select Turn Windows Features on or off.
In Windows features window, check the box for Internet Explorer program.
Restart the computer.

Select Turn Windows Features on or off.
In Windows features window, check the box for Internet Explorer program.
Restart the computer.
If you can’t find Internet Explorer on your device, you’ll need to add it as a feature. Select Start > Search and install Windows Features. Select Turn Windows delivery on or off in the output and make sure the checkbox next to Internet Explorer 11 is checked. Select OK and restart your device.
Type control in the desktop search box and select Control Panel.
Under Allowed, click Show All, then click Programs Advanced Features.
Select or enable Windows features incorrectly.
In the Windows Features window, check how Internet Explorer is activated.
Close all open Windows software packages.
Open Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options.

In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, set the Reset option to On.
In the box “Do you want to reset all Internet Explorer settings?” select Reset.
The discontinued and unsupported Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) desktop program will be permanently disabled in some versions of Windows 10 as a February 2023 Windows Security Role. An update (“B”) is scheduled for February.
Uninstall IE11 add/ under Uninstall Programs. 1.Click the Start button, type programs and features in the search box, and then select View Installed Updates. 2. In the Uninstall Update section, scroll down to this Microsoft Windows section. 3. Right-click Internet Explorer 11, select Uninstall, and then click Yes when prompted.
Reinstall or fix Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9 by resetting IE settings. Open Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9. Select Tools -> Internet Options.
Navigate to the Advanced tab using the Reset button.

After resetting the methods, you need to enable Internet Explorer again.
Type firewall in the search bar and click on the firewall that appears.
If you see the icon, select Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off from the menu on the left.
Typically, radially click on the private public provider settings marked “Turn off Windows Defender Firewall” (not recommended).
click OK.
