If you want the latest and greatest Windows style, then Windows 11 is literally the place to be. You can also upgrade to Windows 11 if you want the most secure version of Windows. Microsoft is reporting compatibility issues affecting Windows 11 and some Intel Web 2.0 that may cause Internet issues during the initial user experience. Some Intel “SmartByte” killers and additional networking software don’t work well with Windows 11, according to Microsoft.
If your device currently supports Windows 10, we recommend checking the minimum system requirements using the PC Health Check app. We strongly recommend against installing Windows 11 on a great non-compliant device. In particular, Windows Update and Background Intelligent Transfer Service (or BITS) are two offerings that run in the background as Windows updates need to be applied.
If secure boot has been disabled in your UEFI, re-enable it as Windows 11 can’t do without it. Enable TMP 2.0. If your computer supports TMP 2.0, you may need to enable it in UEFI/BIOS.
