Reset Microsoft Store
If you have recently installed Windows updates, you must restart the affected computer before you can install Blog from the Microsoft Store. Your computer is not authorized to use the Microsoft Viral Marketing Store at all. You must sign the application directly with your Microsoft account.
Highlight the Win the Logo + R keys on your keyboard.
Type: WSReset.exe and press Enter.
A black window appears.
